Making Space To Grieve
Collectively, I know a great number of us are feeling saddened, angry, impassioned and stirred on the inside with grief. Are you allowing yourself a moment to release?
I do. When I feel full like this my tears have to find their way out. It becomes a healing balm for me to release all of those pent up emotions in this way.
Know that it is ok to take a moment to pause and release. Make space for it. Your wellness depends on it. ♥️
